A taste of tropics for your baby!.Sweet, juicy mangoes are rich in Vitamin A and Vitamin C. Soft, ripe mangoes don’t need to be cooked, but if you are introducing mangoes to your baby for the first time, you may wish to steam them gently.

Ingredients
1 apple, peeled, cored and diced
1/2 ripe mango, peeled and diced.
Cooking
Steam the apples until soft and then add the mango. Steam gently until the mango is soft. Reserve the water at the bottom of the steamer. Puree the the fruits until smooth, adding some of the reserved water if needed.
